Captain Mike Troche is a native New Yorker. Having spent the 80's into the 90's on Wall Street it was apparent
that was no way to go through life. In 1995 he move to Clearwater Florida to somehow make a living on the water. Originally the idea was to start a sucba diving charter. However the Captain is not allowed to dive. The need for a good snorkeling tour was apparent, and the rest is history.
